• We believe in equality. This means that every child has a right to receive a fair and supportive education in our school.
• We believe in equity. Every student and family member is a unique individual with different needs. Our early childhood professionals are here to learn about each person and support them so that every student progresses in their kindergarten readiness skills.
• Empathy is the essential ability to understand and share the feelings of another. We model and teach this throughout each child’s experience in preschool.
• Respect at MCDC means that we believe that families are their child’s first teachers and we honor every individual by exhibiting care, concern, and consideration for each person’s needs or feelings.
